Terms and Conditions for Non-Accredited Online Learning Programmes offered by LIBA
Applicants are required to read and understand the following terms and conditions carefully before
applying for LIBA online programmes. While submitting the application, the applicant agrees to abide by
these terms.
1. General Terms
- 1.1. The applicant must ensure that all the information provided in the application form is accurate
and complete.
- 1.2. LIBA reserves the right to verify the applicant’s credentials at any stage of the admission
process.
- 1.3. Admission to any programme is subject to meeting the eligibility criteria and successfully
completing the selection process as defined by LIBA.
2. Admission and Application Fee
- 2.1. The admission/application fee is non-refundable under any circumstances once paid.
- 2.2. Transaction fees charged for any payment made via net banking, credit card, debit card, UPI, or
other payment methods will be borne by the applicant.
- 2.3. Transaction fees will not be refunded or reversed in case of any refund, reversal, or
chargeback of any transaction.
3. Fee Payment and Refund Policy
- 3.1. Tuition fees must be paid as per the schedule communicated by LIBA. Failure to pay fees on time
may result in withdrawal of admission.
- 3.2. Tuition Fee Refund Policy:
- A 100% refund will be provided if the student withdraws from the programme within 45 days
from the date of payment of the tuition fee or within 15 days from the commencement of the
programme, whichever is earlier.
- No refund will be granted if the student withdraws after 15 days from the commencement of
the programme.
- 3.3. The refund process may take up to 30 working days from the date of the request.
4. Programme Policies
- 4.1. The student must comply with all academic and disciplinary regulations set by LIBA Online
Learning.
- 4.2. The programme structure, curriculum, assessment methods, and academic policies are subject to
change at LIBA’s discretion.
- 4.3. In case of any misconduct, plagiarism, or violation of academic integrity and student manual of
policy, LIBA reserves the right to take disciplinary action, including termination from the
programme.
5. Technical Requirements
- 5.1. Students are responsible for ensuring they have access to a stable internet connection, a
compatible device, and necessary software to participate in the online programme.
- 5.2. LIBA is not responsible for technical issues arising due to the student’s hardware or network
limitations.
6. Certification and Completion Requirements
- 6.1. The student must fulfil the minimum attendance, coursework, and examination requirements to be
eligible for certification.
- 6.2. LIBA reserves the right to withhold certification if any outstanding dues are not cleared.
7. Code of Conduct
- 7.1. Students must adhere to ethical behavior and professional conduct in all interactions with
faculty, peers, and staff.
- 7.2. Any form of academic dishonesty, misrepresentation, or misconduct may result in penalties,
including expulsion from the programme.
8. Disclaimer
- 8.1. LIBA reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions, programme structure, or fee
policies at any time. Changes will be communicated.
- 8.2. LIBA does not guarantee employment or job placement upon completion of the programme.
