To identify, mentor, and support budding entrepreneurs and help them turn the Startup ideas into successful businesses.
To facilitate connections between startups, investors, industry experts, academic institutions, district administration and government agencies.
To encourage innovative solutions addressing local and global challenges.
To ensure startups have access to funding, infrastructure, and expertise.
To cultivate a mindset of innovation and entrepreneurship.

Job Description

Designation: District Fellow

No. of Position: 20

Work Location: Chennai, Coimbatore, Cuddalore, Erode, Hosur, Madurai, Salem, Thanjavur, Thoothukudi, Tirunelveli, Trichy.

Roles & Responsibilities

Organize local events like hackathons and networking sessions.
Identify, onboard, and mentor startups.
Help startups access funding and resources.
Promote entrepreneurship through outreach.
Collect and report ecosystem data.

Remuneration

₹25,000 per month for 2 years.

No additional allowances or reimbursements.

Eligibility Criteria

Indian Citizen
Age up to 30
Postgraduate / MBA OR UG with 1 year experience
Languages: Tamil & English

Preferred Qualification

Startup experience
Incubation centers
Entrepreneurship ecosystem

Recruitment Process

Resume screening → Technical round → HR interview (in-person at Chennai).
